Hi!

I’m Lauren.

I’m a Wife, Mom, Sister, Daughter & Friend.

My husband, Jerad, and I met while we were students at Texas A&M and now live outside of Dallas. After teaching elementary school for a few years, I became a stay at home mom to a curly headed girl and a blue eyed boy. These two are 16 months apart and keep me busy!

My days are filled with laundry, cooking, occasionally cleaning, constantly picking up toys, pretend play, hugs, kisses, and most days usually start and end with coffee. I enjoy baking, working out (to offset the baking), reading, writing, crafting, shopping, & time with friends when I can squeeze it all in.

Christ is the center of my life, and I pray that my home and life are led by my Faith in Him. My hope is that this blog will encourage your faith and maybe give you a few new recipes or craft ideas along the way.
